Returns Policy

Damaged items can be returned within 14 days, a replacement will be arranged (where possible) and posted free of charge.

I hope you will love your unique piece, but if you are unhappy with the print quality, or the item has been damaged in the post, you have 14 days to notify me so I can replace the item.

The process that I follow keeps you involved throughout every step of the creation of your piece so that you have the opportunity to give me your input. Should you not be happy with the creative direction your piece is going you will have the chance to change the direction so as to have the piece suit exactly what you are after. As such a refund based on the actual design of the art itself is not offered.
